For anyone who is struggling with their New Year's resolutions- you're not alone. But, what I truly think is important, is to at least find a balance of the change you wanted to implement. My new year's resolution was to become a healthier person, and so far it's been working out pretty well! My body is starting to change and feel more fit, my endurance is building, and my weight loss is in the double digits (whoop whoop!). I've changed my eating habits as well, but that's for another day. I've decided to share my workout schedule with everyone. I have never been insanely athletic, and as many others, some days I just HATE working out. I don't stick to this 100%, but honestly, that's life! I'm not going to skip a dinner with girls or decide against a movie I've been wanting to see just because I need to workout. If you don't find a balance, you will 1000% be miserable, trust me.
